The certification is Vendor-Independent and proofs if software or custom implementation meets standard criteria in order to deploy an architecture which is providing all state of the art functionality, features including mandatory processes. The certification reports lack of functionality, missing processes and if present dead end for further enhancements to new upcoming RBAC needs

Agent Example:
The right hand example shows the integration of SAP-Agent to a RBAC system. The implementation is complex and some vendors have missing capabilities required from SAP for a full Role Based Access Control. The certification follows a mandatory protocol which result is a  full report of supported and not supported functionality of the agent. If the environment is running agent less there is a need of running an extended protocol for agent less RBAC and Identity Management environments.
